Bruce Randall
Bruce Randall, President

Bruce Randall is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in servicing the government debt collection industry. As president of RevQ, Columbia Ultimate's government collections company, he is responsible for overseeing business development, sales, training, service and support activities of the company's products and solutions for various government entities.

Prior to forming RevQ, Randall worked with Columbia Ultimate's hundreds of private and public sector debt collection entities, including the States of Maryland, Ohio, Massachusetts, Colorado and Minnesota; many counties and cities in California; and other geographic areas including Virginia, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. He has worked with countless private collection entities and internal business units within companies like GTE, Eddie Bauer, Telecheck, and Safeway.

Prior to working with governments, he spent two years at ADP Dealer Services as an account executive installing and training enterprise level software.

Randall holds a B.S. in Business Management and Organization from Idaho State University.

Steve Ard
Steve Ard, Vice President of Product Development

Steve Ard is a seasoned business analyst with over 20 years of experience in the enterprise business software industry. Ard joined RevQ in 2004 as vice president of product development in charge of overseeing the development of Revenue Results. Prior to joining RevQ he served as the product development manager for Columbia Ultimate, a sister company of RevQ where he was responsible for development of RPCS as well as managing custom programming, analysis and consultation for Columbia Ultimate's government client base.

With an extensive background in software development for the government sector, Ard was responsible for the development of an award-winning application, which was utilized in cities, counties and states nationwide for collection management and revenue recovery. During the same time, he was also responsible for all custom development projects for over 50 government clients.

Ard is a graduate from Utah Technical College.

Craig Nielson
Craig Nielson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Craig Nielson brings to RevQ over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology, pharmaceutical and petro-chemical sectors.

As vice president of sales and marketing for RevQ, he is responsible for promotion and sales initiatives of RevQ's collection software to various government sectors, including courts, revenue departments, tax offices, treasurers and human services departments.

Nielson is a well-regarded authority on the topics of government collections, and has presented for audiences of the National Center for State Courts, the Federation of Tax Administrators, National Association of Court Management, and the Municipal Treasurer's Association of U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining RevQ, he spent 10 years in various sales and sales management positions for companies including Abbott Laboratories, Bristol-Myers Squibb and WD-40.

Nielson holds a bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from Weber State University.

Mitch Taylor
Mitch Taylor, Vice President of Client Service

Mitch Taylor has over 20 years of progressive experience in the collection industry. Taylor joined RevQ in 1996 to spearhead programming and support. Today, as vice president of client services, he is responsible for overseeing training, project management, support, and implementation of RevQ products.

Prior to joining RevQ, Taylor spent 10 years at a private collection agency as a collector and programmer.  He attended Brigham Young University.
