RevQ is proud to partner with both Seminole County, Florida and the Office of the State of Arizona Attorney General. Both of these newer clients are great examples of the impact that effective collections focus and management can have when supported by the powerful functionality of Revenue Results.

Seminole County Clerk of Courts has deployed Revenue Results software to automate correspondence and streamline account entry, as well as track and assign cases for increased management and monitoring. The County will also now be able to seamlessly import data directly from the county’s criminal system into Revenue Results increasing overall productivity and reducing time spent on administrative duties.

"With Revenue Results, we can now streamline our processes, hold defendants accountable, and achieve our collection objectives," said Maryanne Morse, Clerk of Court, Seminole County. "We are excited to deploy Revenue Results and bring a renewed focus on our revenue recovery efforts."

Likewise, the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, located in Phoenix, brought Revenue Results onboard to address a large caseload of outstanding accounts. Everything from restitution to dorm damage to tuition to civil penalties. In all, they track, manage and enforce over 50 different account types. The office needed to monitor specific collection activity and report collection efforts and results back to the Attorney General as well as to other State agencies. RevQ has developed several custom reports using the State’s requirements so that they can be run with just a few clicks of the mouse.

We are glad to serve both of these outstanding clients and are confident that they will enjoy continued collection success.
