Our Commitment to You in 2009

steve ardIt is hard to believe we are already in 2009. Wasn't it just last year we were worried about Y2K? We at RevQ express sincere thanks to you for your business. We value the ongoing relationship with our clients and so much appreciate the opportunity to do business with you. We are certainly made better because of it and we hope that our efforts are beneficial to you both personally and from a business perspective.

2008 was a tough year for many and the forecasts don’t make 2009 sound any better. We recognize governments are feeling the pinch just as much, or in some cases even more so than the private sector. In an effort to be sensitive to this, we announced earlier that we will not be implementing a price increase in 2009.

I also want to reassure you that we are committed to the partnership we have formed with each of you. RevQ and Columbia Ultimate have always been very conservative in the management of our finances and in our growth. As a result, we are in a good position to ride out these troubled times. We do not project any reduction of staff or services.

Here at RevQ, we continue in our efforts to create the best collections software on the market. We are 100% focused on government collections and improving our products to help you be more successful. We appreciate those of you who regularly provide feedback to us on the direction we are going. We welcome and rely heavily on that input.

Even amidst these tough economic times, we hope you will be able to attend Art of Success 2009. It will be held October 5th-9th in Vancouver, WA. This conference will provide you with training and information on new tools and collection techniques and will provide a way for you to network with others who are doing what you are doing. We hope to see you there.

Thanks again for the opportunity to work with you and we wish you the best through the coming year.
