What's New in RPCS 2008

RPCS 2008 is now available! The latest release includes features and enhancements to further improve government collections.

SSN – Last Four Digit Cross Reference

This new feature gives you the ability to search for accounts by the last four digits of the Social Security Number.

"Previous Information" Screen

You now have the ability to see previous demographic and debtor reference changes from the debtor screen without the need of reviewing notes. This feature provides information to the collector on historic demographic changes and other debtor information.

XML Added to the Standard Report

RPCS 2008 you will now be able to create a standard export file that contains the Account, Fiscal, and Note data for a user selected set of accounts. The user designates the location on the server, the selection criteria, and the required format: XML, CSV (comma separated values), tab delimited, or fixed length. The creation process is then invoked by the user.

DANTOM Added as a Letter Outsourcing Vendor

RPCS now provides a second letter outsourcing vendor for printing of correspondence. This provides for additional options and processes. Dantom is a premier print and mail company specializing in collection letter services.

New Version of FTB/COD Module (California)

We have updated the version of this module to meet the Franchise Tax Board’s most recent format changes and modifications to transmission. To use this feature, you are not required to upgrade to the RPCS 2008 release. This module can be upgraded outside of the main product.

Tax Intercept Header and Trailer Options for CDSS

This enhancement supports CDSS in providing a secure file transfer service to submit the tax intercept update file to the State through a secured web site.

California DMV Module

This module assists the client in sending holds and releases to the CA DMV on a set schedule so that holds can be placed and releases can be made electronically. This feature is a new module and is available for purchase.
