These last five months have been one of the busiest times in RevQ’s history. Much of this time has been spent in creating new policies and procedures for RevQ based on the continuing evolution of technology. I have been quite surprised at the number of Clients that have joined the group of “simplifying” their involvement in hardware. Many of our new Clients that are implementing Revenue Results are choosing the Software as a Service (SaaS) model we provide. SaaS is a new form of ASP (Application Service Provider). Having Revenue Results clients host their database at our secure offices over the internet has provided many clients with the ability to implement the system rapidly, reduce their worry about the technical implications of implementing a new product with their IT staff, and feeling secure enough about this solution to make this type of decision. The changing technology and delivery of software also provided many of our current and new clients the option of not paying sales tax on software that is delivered (100%) over the internet. Many of us here were surprised at this new ruling. In the coming years, RevQ will continue to join as technology advances and look for ways to provide you with more improvements and options that will help you. Our goal is to do this in a manner that would allure you to “get on board” this technological train.
