Growth and Training Opportunities
Having just experienced the graduation from high school of two of my children, I am reminded of what a milestone that is in life. It is the end of a chapter of life and the beginning of another. As our lives ebb and flow through many transitions and events, we learn to grow and adjust. And hopefully in the end we are better for the experiences we have had.
At RevQ, we continue to grow and adjust as necessary to meet the demands of the market and clients we serve. We are busy working on new partnerships and product integrations to bring you the latest and best in tools and solutions to help you increase your revenue. Please see the highlight in this newsletter about our CU•Correspond product. This is available to our RPCS users currently and similar functionality is planned for Revenue Results users in an upcoming release.
We recognize that the tools you have are only as good as your understanding of them and ability to use them to your advantage. We also recognize that staff turnover is unavoidable. To help with this, RevQ has recently completed the second regional training for RPCS clients and a regional training for Revenue Results clients. We will be offering a third RPCS regional training opportunity later this year. Please see regional training details later in this newsletter.
As an additional opportunity for training please refer to the information in this newsletter about Art of Success. This year's conference will include exciting sessions to help you overcome economic challenges and strengthen and improve your collections processes. There will be opportunity to network with other government collection professionals and the conference will be followed by two days of complimentary training. We would love to see you all there.
