Associate Spotlight: Angel Davis
Angel Davis, Senior Software Trainer for Revenue Results, began her journey with RevQ in 2007. She truly enjoys working for RevQ because the supportive team she works with, the opportunities she gets to travel all over the country to meet new people while working with clients in person. She finds that it is an exciting and rewarding experience to work with each client to make Revenue Results work best for their particular office.
Angel's main responsibilities include responding to clients inquiries and training needs. When clients call with a question or issue, it is her task to recreate the issue and provide the best solution to their needs. She also creates documentation for Revenue Results products, in the form of RevQ's Online Training Center (www.rrtrainingcenter.com) as well as other written training documentation. When traveling to a client-site, Angel leads training group sessions to review setup and configuration of the system, or Go Live Training for the end users in order to assist them in understanding how they will utilize the software daily.
Angel finds it quite rewarding when she is presented with a need from the client and determines a solution that works well and fulfills their need. She also enjoys the relationships built with each client as she works along side them over time. She finds that it is an excellent feeling to get to know someone and to strive daily to be a trusted resource for them.
In her spare time, Angel enjoys simply hanging out with her friends, family, and her dogs. She also really enjoys golfing and being out in a boat on the water.
