Letter from the President
Valued RevQ Client,
Happy Holidays to each of you. We here at RevQ hope that you all get to enjoy time with your families during the holiday season. It provides a nice break from our daily grind and becomes an opportunity to reflect on good times, to enjoy time with those that we love and to create happy memories. It can be an enjoyable time of year.
Somehow we now find ourselves at the beginning of another year. We hope that this year is a productive and positive year for each of you. Governments have had a rough time over the last couple of years and we hope that each of you see some easing of those financial difficulties over the course of this year. Isn’t it about time the recovery found its way into the public sector?
At RevQ we are excited about the New Year and the new opportunities we anticipate. We continue to develop RPCS and Revenue Results and have many new features headed your way. We listen closely to our clients input and respond as quickly and fully as we are able to. We appreciate those of you who have helped guide us in the direction our products have taken.
We are planning to continue providing training opportunities that we hope you will take advantage of. We will continue with the monthly webinars for both products – you can learn more about those in this edition of the newsletter [link]. We are already in the process of setting up some regional trainings that you can also attend and benefit from. We will announce those as early as possible so you can make plans.
You will see in this newsletter some highlights from our 2010 Art of Success conference. We enjoyed getting re-acquainted with a number of you and encourage all of you to put this onto your calendars and into your budgets for 2011. It will be in Portland, Oregon September 12-16, 2011. It is an opportunity to learn about new technology, new product features, interact with other users and learn from them, and receive product training.
We appreciate our great clients and thank you for your business and for the relationships we have with you. We wish you great success and great blessings in the coming year.
Sincerely,
Steve Ard
RevQ President
