Letter from the President

We hope that each of you have a Wonderful Holiday Season and a Happy New Year with family and friends.  In spite of the economic challenges and other troubles around us, we can still find time to reflect on those things that matter most and bring us great joy.  Those come from within and can’t be taken from us.  So we wish you peace and joy throughout the Holidays.

It is always interesting as we approach a new year; we begin to consider what new opportunities await us.  At RevQ, we are excited about the upcoming year as we are eager to move forward and provide you with new features and products to enhance your success.

For Revenue Results:   In 2011, we released versions 8.0 and 8.5 (limited release). Our development team is now diligently working on the 9.0 release which is currently projected to have over 50 new features.  We are currently planning the release to be end of 1st quarter or early 2nd quarter.

For RPCS:  In 2011, we released the 2011 version and we introduced our new skip tracing solution, Ultimate Find.  Also, we announced that we have undertaken a project to put a graphical user interface (GUI) on the Collector Screen. The GUI screen will provide you with greater flexibility and configuration in your collections process. As the GUI project moves forward we will be sure to provide you with updates.  We are also currently working on the RPCS 2012 release, which we are planning on releasing the 2nd quarter of 2012. It will include integration with a new hosted dialer solution as well has many other exciting features.

RevQ is committed to providing you with the most innovative technology and the best Client Care

We will continue to provide periodic webinars to educate you on new products and features, review collection methods and techniques, and to discuss other topics that we feel will be interesting and educational for you.

Please make note that our annual client conference, Art of Success, will be changing in 2012.  We are switching from a fall conference to a spring conference, and it will take place in a new location, Scottsdale Arizona, May 7th – 11th.  Art of Success 2012 will be full of new experiences and be a great opportunity to learn from industry experts.  We would love to have a strong government contingent there, so please start planning now to be in attendance.  More information will be coming your way as we get into the New Year.

This Holiday Season, we are thankful for great clients and appreciate your business and the relationship we have with each of you.   We wish you a prosperous and enjoyable New Year and are eager to assist you in accomplishing your goals.

Warm regards,

Steve Ard
