Automated Search Technology

Ultimate Find automatically searches active accounts for consumer information. Ultimate Find uses various account criteria in your RevQ software to indicate which data from the automated search should be returned.  With comprehensive data updates that provide you with the essential contact information you can efficiently contact debtors.   Receive contact information on:


Accounts receive a maximum of five automated searches during the first 150 days in the system. After that time, you can continue to make individual, real-time requests as needed directly from the Collector Screen.


Comprehensive Data

Ultimate Find’s life cycle account scoring helps you prioritize your efforts on new or aged accounts.  New accounts receive a placement score, based on criteria such as the age of the account, transaction history, and debt type.

Aged accounts receive a late stage score, which is based on additional criteria such as number of letters sent, account status, and phone attempts.
