A Letter From the President, Bruce Randall
 This past October we hosted the GCC East Conference in Baltimore, Maryland and co-sponsored the 1st Annual National Court Collections Conference held in mid-September in Las Vegas, Nevada. Both conferences brought the spotlight on government collections, and how best to approach it.
We reacquainted ourselves with many of our RevQ clients and made many new acquaintances with those who strive to make their government better.
For years, we have invested time and resources in educating governments on the necessity to automate the debt collection process, and in recent years, we have felt the need to do more. This year, we added courses to our Government Collections Conference that were "Industry Specific," providing benefit to both our current clients and other government organizations. We continually hear these government organizations want to learn better practices in collecting government debt. This is time and money well invested. I have always felt this industry needs to have a venue to go to that focuses on government debt collection needs on a national level. We are proponents of continuing education and will continue to share the best practices governments use in collecting debt.
This is why I am pleased to bring you the 17th Annual Government Collections Conference to be held in San Diego, California on February 26-28, 2007. We hope you will take the opportunity to come and learn about our new products, enhancements, and industry standards associated with government debt collection.
