A Warm Welcome and Excited Attendees Made GCC a Success!

RevQ hosted our 16th Annual Government Collections Conference (GCC), October 23-25 in Baltimore, Maryland. This was the first time GCC had been held on the east coast and there was a warm welcome from our clients in the east. We invited all government agencies to GCC whether they were a RevQ client or not.

GCC is structured to educate attendees about the importance of automating the debt collection process, industry standards, RevQ software, and how other government collection offices work. Many of these classes are taught by government employees or consultants that have ties to the government collection industry.

GCC was quite a success. Many attendees stated how excited they were to attend, and the benefits gained from going to the classes, but also being able to network with their peers. There really is no environment, besides RevQ, that promotes government collections within government.

Monday night we had a nice reception and Tuesday night attendees took a shuttle bus to the Scenic Inner Harbor area of Baltimore where everyone enjoyed a great meal and a nice stroll.
