Texas Courts Select RevQ as Approved Solutions Provider

Vancouver, Wash., February 15, 2006 — RevQ, a software and consulting company providing technology and expertise for revenue recovery to the government sector, was named one of four collection software vendors to be approved for the Texas Courts.

RevQ was selected based on the State’s evaluation of the Revenue Results software in conjunction with its RFI 212-4-0320 Fines, Fees, and Court Costs Collection Software. Vendors were evaluated and selected based on meeting extensive guidelines and requirements including:

The court collection software application must have the ability to be customized to recognize different fee structures at each of the court levels.   The software must also be flexible to edit and add case types as used in each court level. The collections software must include at minimum the following:

  • Allow input for multiple fines, fees, and court costs per case;
  • Fields identifying: case name, case type, offense, INS number, SSN, DL#,  DOB, home and business phone, relative/reference phone, and comments;
  • Customizable tables and case aging;
  • Functions to account for amounts assessed, amounts collected and balances;
  • Calendar and alerts for due dates;
  • Search and retrieve on definable fields; and
  • Reports to include at minimum: number of cases processed, delinquency and aging, collection rate by date range, dollar amount assessed, dollar amount collected, cases due, returned cases uncollected, dollar amount of cases returned uncollected.
