Jerry AndersonOur primary focus at RevQ is you. From sales, administration, product development and support we are here to support you.

My goal is to collaborate with you and be your internal advocate within RevQ. At the same time, I will strive to better understand your needs so I can offer you ideas and suggestions to improve your collections and assure that we provide you even more value.

As part of a renewed and stronger focus on the relationship that we enjoy with our clients my title has been changed to Client Relations Executive.

I take this title change to mean more than just a new business card. It gives me the opportunity of focusing attention on the relationships that exists between us. It also places a greater focus on the value of our clients to our success as a company.

RevQ has recently installed a new client relations management system. This system is designed to provide me with contact and follow-up reminders to insure you are contacted on a consistent and on-going basis. It also offers me an opportunity to review your needs and concerns and to review past contacts and open issues. This way I’ll be able to insure that we are meeting your expectations as a provider of services and tools in your revenue recovery efforts.

On another note, I am pleased to let you know we are adding a resource to our Custom Programming group. Our goal is to be even more responsive to your needs to your custom projects. We are anticipating that you will see a marked improvement in this area very quickly.

I enjoy working with each one of you and look forward to continuing to build on the relationship that we share.
