A Letter From the President, Bruce Randall
 Since becoming a part of Columbia Ultimate a year ago, RevQ has grown and we’ve made numerous changes to provide even more value to you. It has also been wonderful to connect with you again.
We have increased the number of programmers we have to help out in enhancing our RPCS product line. (See the new associates section in this newsletter.) This addition of resources has been tremendous to add stability to the customization process.
Since we welcomed Nancy Bischoff and Chuck Wagner as RevQ's consulting and training partners we've been able to provide you with increased competencies to help guide your agencies to better success. Their on-site visits with you have enabled Mitch Taylor, and the rest of our support staff, to spend more time in our office — providing you with increased support.
This past year has also brought about the advent of our newest product, Revenue Results. The latest release, available in September, has become very strong in its ability to satisfy the demands of the government collections industry. We are looking forward to introducing Revenue Results 3.5 in Maryland at the 16th Annual GCC. I look forward to seeing you there.
Challenges always come with growth. What I have seen from both the RevQ associates, and you, our client, is the desire to work together to find the solutions to these challenges. In almost all the instances I have seen, it has worked out wonderfully. I appreciate your input and patience as we strive to put in place the people and processes so that you always look at us as a partner in your agency.
I have now spent 20 years in the government debt collections industry, and the enjoyment has been in working with you. I look forward to the next 20 years.
