Revenue Results Modules: Made to order for your need

A specific government entity or region may require features beyond what the basic Revenue Results package provides.

RevQ's optional software modules offer agencies the particular feature sets they need, without incurring the cost of additional features they might not need.

The following Software Modules have been created for use with Revenue Results:

Courts

Enhanced Distribution
This module automates how a new account is split up in the software. It helps automate the input of a fine, such as breaking down the total debt into different financial buckets, and then when payment comes in, easily reporting how that money gets distributed to the different government entities.

Victim Restitution
Manages an offender's restitution obligations with single/multiple victims and tracks paid and disbursed monies by victim or offender.

California

Franchise Tax Board – Court Ordered Debt Interface
In an effort to reduce the amount of court-ordered debt owed to the state, the California Legislature mandated a partnership between the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and all California counties.

This mandate allows FTB's automated systems and collection powers to act as a state taxing authority to collect Court-Ordered Debt (COD). FTB collects certain criminal fines, penalties, forfeitures and restitution orders, as well as certain Vehicle Code violations for the counties.

This module provides an automated process for forwarding accounts, tracking progress and reporting on FTB activities.

SB 940 Reporting
This module provides the reporting environment within Revenue Results to comply with Senate Bill 940 which promotes the development of a comprehensive collections program for courts and counties. SB 940 establishes the framework to ensure that fees, fines, penalties and assessments ordered by the court are collected. Further, the bill recognizes that the prompt and effective enforcement of court orders is an important element of collections and helps ensure respect for court orders.

Arizona

Tax Intercept
Selects and submits accounts with outstanding court obligations to the Arizona Department of Revenue for possible tax refund offset.

Texas

SB1863
Texas has legislation (SB1863) that certain cities and counties in Texas have to comply with. There is a monthly report they are required to input into a State system. This module prints the information in exactly the same format the state is looking for you to input it.
